Applications
INNOVALUX cushion materials are used by packaging manufacturers and Reprohouses for corrugated post-print with flexo plates. The thickness of the cushion material is determined by the plate thickness and machine undercut. For example: Instead of using a 6.00 mm Flexo plate, you can use a 3.94mm Flexo plate with a 2.10mm INNOVALUX cushion. Not only will it reduce the cost of plate material, it will also improve the print result by cushioning the printing plate.
